DESIGN:

-PLUGMATES have been milled from solid aircraft quality aluminum to fit common SAE spark plugs, with a 5/8” or 13/16” hex base.

-PLUGMATES have been polished, then chrome plated for years of lasting beauty. They have been designed to fit most common styles of spark plug boots, from most common manufacturers like Accel and Taylor, but not limited too those manufacturers.

INSTRUCTION:

-With the engine cool, remove the existing spark plug wire from the spark plug. Slide a PLUGMATE over the spark plug, down to the metal base, making sure it slips over freely.

-It is normal for the PLUGMATE to fit loose-to-snug, but never a press on fit. It is recommended to slightly lubricate the inside of the spark plug boot at this point, but not mandatory.

-Slide the plug boot over the top of the spark plug and proceed to the remaining spark plugs. You are finished.

CONDITIONS:

-If after the PLUGMATES are installed you find that the plug boots are too tight, DO NOT FORCE THEM! Or if the PLUGMATES are very loose around the spark plug base, please contact us via email. We will be very happy to help solve any minor issues you encounter.

-During the course of our R&D, we consulted the major spark plug manufacturers about any adverse effects the PLUGMATES may have on heat entrapment, and/or life expectancy.

RESULTS:

-The PLUGMATES will have NO adverse effect on any spark plug they cover. So rest assured, and enjoy your one of a kind product.
